Message	Long ass 90degree pick you might be able to. Can't remember exactly where it sits. Best bet is to remove the down pipe and it will still be annoying to get at but not impossible. Is the open end of the clip facing the ground? If it hasn't been bent to much to hold it you can put a super long extension on the edge and whack it with a small hammer. Good luck.
